- >Illness and operations
If your pet becomes ill, we will treat him or her to the best of our ability and with compassion. The Brighton surgery is open 24 hours a day for emergencies.
- >Insurance
In some cases, good healthcare can cost substantial sums which is why we recommend insuring against illness and accident.
- >Puppy parties
Puppies aged between 8 weeks and 16 weeks are invited to attend socialisation parties run by our Pet Health Counsellors who are also qualified veterinary nurses.
- >Weight clinics
It is all too easy for your pet to become overweight and all too difficult to get the weight off again. Our free weight clinics can help.
- >Prescription only medications
Prescription only medicines can be purchased from your veterinary surgeon or on prescription at any pharmacy that stocks the appropriate medication.
- >Pet passports and exporting your pet
If you want to take your pet abroad, talk to one of our veterinarians during the day about the Pet Passport scheme.
- >Microchipping
A microchip inserted under the skin of your dog, cat or rabbit will help you to trace your pet if he goes missing.
- >Developmental checks and senior pets
When cats and dogs reach nine months old, we offer the opportunity of a free check up with our Pet Health Counsellor. A similar scheme is offered for senior cats and dogs.
- >Annual healthcheck & Vaccination
We recommend that our patients are examined annually and vaccinated regularly. Initial vaccination courses need to be boosted annually to remain effective.
