Should you have any concern please raise it with us as soon as possible so we can try and address any issues as quickly as we can. Many concerns can easily be resolved at the time. It is important to us that we consistently provide a good service for you and your pets so please let us know if you feel there is something we could do better. If you wish to make a formal complaint it is often helpful if you can write your specific concerns down with any relevant details and send them to us. Details that are useful include the nature of your complaint, when and where the problem occurred, who was involved and what you would like to see as an appropriate response. These details allow us to investigate the matter more thoroughly and provide you a written response as soon as possible. Complaints should be sent to Claire Lewendon at New Priory Vets Brighton, The Veterinary Hospital, The Deneway, London Road BN1 8QR.
If we are ultimately unable to resolve your concerns professional complaints should be addressed to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
